We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and thin, flat-soled shoes like trainers to ensure you have a good feel for the pedals. Yes! Every experience includes one to one instruction, with an expert driver sitting alongside you in the front passenger seat. (In the case of single seater racing , you'll have an intercom headset and do laps behind an instructor driven car too). They will teach you all about the racing line and track etiquette, which should result in you lapping faster!

Yes. Our track session operators welcome many motorsport fans each day. With several cars out on the circuit at once, starts are staggered in and out the pit lane to ensure space for every driver and instructors will direct any overtaking deemed necessary.

No. Our track day sessions are not set up like actual races with a mass start and chequered flag finish. You will, however, be able to learn some nifty motorsport techniques about things like braking points and the race line.

Very often yes! Some of these premium tracks have shorter circuits that are used (often called 'National' circuits), incorporating many parts of the main 'International' world-class circuit, or even have entirely separate tracks within tracks for you to drive. But yes, you could be wanging it around Druid's at Brands Hatch, Knickerbrook at Oulton or the Duffus Dip at Knockhill!

Yes! Spectators are more than welcome at track days - and they add to the atmosphere, cheering you on as your lap the circuit of your choice in the car or cars of your choice! Check with each operator for any limits on numbers - and you'll find many offer passenger rides (payable on the day) for spectators too!
