What’s the difference between a cabaret and musical theatre?

Are the tickets valid for matinee or evening shows?
Both! Depending on the show schedule, you can choose to use your show tickets for morning matinees or main evening shows. It’s up to you when you go.
Are these vouchers suitable to give as a gift?
Totally, yes. Most of our customers who buy their show tickets online with us do so to give them as presents. And if you go for the premium packaging they’re perfect for wrapping up and giving as a gift.

Do I have to pick what show to see when I buy the voucher?
No. You’re buying a voucher which is valid for a selection of shows (according to which level of voucher you go for). The person you bought it for then chooses which show they’d like to see and the voucher is redeemed for tickets to that production.

Will I still have to queue if I have a London show voucher?
Your tickets will be reserved for you with allocated seating. You might decide to collect the tickets at the door, or another method of delivery may be offered to you. This all depends on what show, which venue and how long in advance you book, but you won’t be queuing in the general ticket queue waiting to see if you can get in.
Is food included with these tickets?
In most cases yes. Our packages typically offer a two or three-course meal at your choice of local eatery from the list of partner restaurants. We also have afternoon tea deals too at venues near the theatres.
Can we eat before or after the performance?
It’s entirely up to you. Go for a pre-theatre meal and head off to your show, or make your table reservation for after the performance. Most restaurants serve food all day and well into the evening, giving you lots of flexibility. For the cabaret package, you’ll eat your table in the venue.
Where will we be eating?
The theatre ticket provider has handpicked a range of restaurants for you to choose from. You can pretty much eat around the world, with everything from Italian, modern English, Thai and other speciality cuisine offered. The restaurants are all in or within easy distance of London’s theatre-land area which is home to these famous West End shows. Cabaret ticket holders with the inclusive food package will be eating at the venue.
Will I get good seats with these vouchers?
The best seats within the price-range will be allocated to you on booking your show tickets. Feedback from guests shows us that tickets holders get assigned some really good seats with excellent views of the stage.
