A heinous crime has been committed and you’re going to be needed to help solve the clues to be able to apprehend the murderer. Keep your eyes peeled, there will be clues everywhere and listen out for hushed conversations too. It’s just like an Agatha Christie plot, but played out live in front of you, more often than not whilst you tuck into a delicious meal!

For most murder mystery events, you’re invited as a guest to observe and work out what’s going on rather than taking on an acting role. In some cases you may be able to get into character a bit and interact, by questioning the suspects for example. But equally, there’s no pressure to get involved in that way either. 

No humans or animals will be harmed in the making of these murder mystery events, but you may will see some fake stage blood to make the crime even more realistic!

It could do. Or it could happen as you’re all gathering for dinner. Or maybe just after the main course. Or perhaps it happened out of sight and you all you hear are the blood-curdling screams? It all depends on the plot and where the event takes place.

Every location has different table configurations. On the trains, there are often tables for four so you may be sharing. At the hotels, larger groups will be sitting together, with smaller groups possibly sharing a table. On boats the tables are often for four or six.
