What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay on our secure website using any of the following payment methods : Visa or Mastercard. Payments can also be made using Google and Apple pay

 
 
 

Can I place an order without a non-UK postcode?

Yes. In the billing address section, you will find an option that says 'Or add address manually'. Simply click there and you will be able to type in your address. Please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down list. You can also follow these steps for the delivery address, if it is not the same as your billing address.

 
 
 

Will the voucher be in my name?

Vouchers purchased will be in the name of the purchaser until the recipient has registered the voucher. However, the purchaser's name does not feature on the voucher. You can choose to include the recipients name on your personal message, which is printed on the voucher. The voucher will be marked for your attention when it is dispatched by post, but this will only be shown on the front envelope and not on the voucher itself.

 
 
 

Do I need an account to buy a voucher from Into The Blue?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, once you have received a voucher, you will need to register it via our   registration page     using your 10 digit voucher number and PIN code. If you receive our email newsletter this doesn't mean you have an account with us.

 
 
 

How long are vouchers valid for?

The majority of our vouchers have a 12 month validity period. Sometimes we sell special offer experiences which have a shorter timeframe to use them. These may either have a fixed expiry date or only be valid for a shorter period of time. Please check the availability tab on the experience page to view if it is a short life voucher. If you've already received your voucher, the expiry date can be found on the voucher itself in the bottom right hand corner.

 
 
 

How do I use a promo code when buying an Into The Blue voucher?

It’s really simple to apply your discount code. Just follow these steps: After you have clicked 'Get this experience', you will be taken to the basket page. Enter your code in the   ‘Promo Code?’     box under the delivery method. Make sure you click ‘APPLY’. If valid, your discount code will be applied. You will then just need to follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order as usual.

 
 
 

How do I check availability before buying my voucher?

Simply let us know the activity reference code highlighted in green for the experience you are interested in, along with your preferred date(s) and location and we can check this for you. Please be aware that we are unable to reserve any dates with the partner, so we can't guarantee the date will still be available when you come to book. For this reason we recommend purchasing your voucher and booking a date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment
