Do you get access to facilities for the whole day?
Yes. This is what makes spa day vouchers such great value for money. In the vast majority of cases you are welcome to stay all day and make the most of the facilities. In the case of the smaller urban spas, you might be given a time slot where the spa is exclusively for you for a certain period of time.What should I wear to visit a spa?
Generally, you'll need to bring swimwear for your spa day. Some spa venues in the UK provide towels, robes and slippers for you to use, others make a small charge, or you may be required or prefer to bring your own. Aromatherapy uses essential oils for your physical and emotional well-being. When you have an aromatherapy massage, a blend of essential oils chosen specifically for you is used on your skin whilst you are being massaged.What is cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is using skin cooling techniques to increase blood flow and help your body recover, revitalise and rejuvenate. Spas and salons offer cryotherapy as a holistic approach to well-being and your treatment involves stepping inside a cryotherapy chamber, which looks a bit like a tanning booth.Are there any home spa treatment packages available?
We are constantly working with spa and health retreat providers to bring you spa days at venues around the UK, including businesses that offer to bring the spa treatment to you, be it office, home or wherever, so yes spas can come to you.Are there different types of massage?

Our standard validity period is one year. From time to time we may have special spa day deals at heavily discounted prices, where the vouchers expire sooner.What sort of spas can I go to?
We have spa days at big international hotels, small boutique hotels, urban spa shops and beauty salons too. Facilities vary, with the larger spas boasting swimming pools, gyms and fitness rooms in addition to spa staples like saunas, hammans and jacuzzis.Who can I take with me?

In most cases yes. If there are classes running and spaces available, you'll be able to join in that class. So bring your exercise gear if you fancy a session of spinning, yoga, pilates or circuits to name but a few.Are spa days safe when pregnant?
Some spas are available to adapt treatments for women who are pregnant, or even offer a specific Mum to Be package. In general, saunas, hammans and jacuzzis are not recommended when pregnant.
