What Can I Expect
Wing walking comes to Swansea Airport! The only place to walk the wing in Wales, AeroSuperBatics is bringing their wing walk operation to this aerodrome on the stunning Gower Peninsula.
At some point in your life you might decide that you’d like to have a go at ‘walking on the wing’ of a vintage biplane. And judging by the popularity of our wing walking experiences, quite a few of you think like this, which is why we added these limited edition, selected dates in Wales.
Operating out of Swansea Airport, the professional AeroSuperBatics will be ready and waiting for you. As one of very few CAA-registered companies licensed to take members of the public on wing walks, you’re in safe hands. The friendly ground crew team will welcome you and get you prepared for your flight.
So then the moment arrives. It’s your turn to climb up onto that top wing and get strapped into the harness. As you taxi off along Swansea’s runway, the adrenaline will be building. And before you know it, you will have lifted off the ground and you’re away!
As the pilot performs fly pasts and manoeuvres at speeds of up to 120 mph, look down and see your friends and family watching in awe and cheering you on. If you can, try and give them a wave back, but with that windspeed, it’s not as easy as it sounds!
If you do get a moment to look around during your wing walk flight, you’ll realise the backdrop of the Gower Peninsula is simply spectacular.
Dates for wing walking at Swansea Airport in Wales are extremely limited, so buy your voucher now and get booked in for your flight!
