Amongst all the activities on offer at this outdoor activity centre, the team loves a bit of clay shooting. We have to admit, you might feel a little bit wary of handling a gun at first. But then the sense of sheer satisfaction when you smash one of those clays to pieces can't be underestimated!

Crucially, there's no need for a licence or any shooting experience to be able to take part and enjoy these clay sessions. And of course, safety is paramount, so everything will be explained clearly to you in a pre-shoot briefing.

After that, you'll be kitted out with your own shotgun for the duration of the activity. This Exeter shoot has a full range of guns, with a different calibre for different statures, so there's no need to have biceps like Arnie to fire a gun.

With encouragement from the coaches, you'll be tracking the clays as they fly through the sky. If you release the trigger at the right moment it'll be surefire hit. And no doubt it'll soon start getting competitive, as you all aim to be crowned hotshot of the day.
