What Can I Expect
Take on the Titan at Zip World in Llechwedd! A double dose of seated zip riding at the slate quarry site in Snowdonia near Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Ideal for those daredevils who want to ride together, the Titan boasts four zip lines running simultaneously, so you can zip side-by-side as you reach speeds of up to 60 mph over this stunning setting in North Wales.
The Titan comes in two parts and you'll do both. The first ride is Bravo, a zip line stretching from the very top of the quarry for around 500 metres. The fun starts with a walk through the quarry tunnel to the Explorer truck stop, where the ex-military vehicle will pick you up and transport you to the launch site.
It’s an impressive view from the top, across this former slate mine and as far as Snowdonia, with the famous quarry town of Blaenau below you.
Having taken in those Welsh vistas, it’s time to get down to the thrilling business of facing up to the Titan. Strapped and ready, listen for the countdown…then the gate opens and you are released, sliding along the zip line Bravo, accelerating as you go!
After the ground crew has unclipped you, it’s a short walk to the launch point for Charlie, the second ride. Same length and same speeds, but offering a different view over the Llechwedd Quarry, it’s another 500 metres of pure adrenaline.
Back in the de-kit zone after your two rides, take a moment to look back across the quarry and reflect on the day you conquered the Titan zip experience at lovely Llechwedd!

Suitable For
- Minimum height 1.2m
- Maximum weight 130kg
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult aged 18+
Spectators
- Spectators are welcome
- Well behaved dogs are permitted on the site but not within the adventure parameters as the site and the zip line are far apart
- Dogs and spectators can view from the site base but won't be able to go to the top or bottom of the zip line
Anything Else
- This experience is excluded from additional discount codes and promotions
- Food and drink can be purchased from the Llechwedd Caffi
- Option to pre-book head-cam footage to capture and re-live the adventure for an additional charge payable when booking your date
- If this experience is postponed due to adverse weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule within 12 months but won't be entitled to a refund
