The coach will drop you off in the heart of this lovely market town, adjacent to the entrance to Windsor Castle. Sitting atop a steep mound on the edge of the centre, Windsor was always one of the Queen's favourite residences. And indeed, it is really rather magnificent.

In recent times, St George's Chapel within the grounds has been the wedding venue for the younger Royals getting married. It's also where services took place for the funerals of the Queen and Prince Philip.

This tour will see you literally walking in the footsteps of Royalty and celebrities, as you wander along the Long Walk and around the Quadrangle. Day trip visits include entrance to Windsor Castle too, so you'll be able to access all the areas that are open to the public. The State Rooms are stunning and steeped in history, whilst the Chapel is amazing too.

Even the grounds are well-worth a stroll, so you can see the imposing Round, Curfew and Edward III towers. And of course, make sure you take your camera to capture all these very Royal sights!
