What Can I Expect

The Manor at Weston-on-the-Green is a four-star country house hotel deep in the countryside, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the A34 and the M40. This elegant, discrete and luxurious hotel is on the edge of the village of Weston-on-the-Green.

Dating back to the 11th Century, the imposing, castle-like manor house sits in the elegant landscaped gardens of a former Abbey. Inside you’ll find period features such as wood panelling, sweeping staircases and lattice windows.

Bedrooms are individually appointed, with crisp linen, comfy seating areas and even four poster beds in some rooms. After dropping off your overnight bags, head to the traditional pub for a drink, or sit in the cosy lounge. Your stay includes breakfast, which will be taken in the impressive hall, or the Georgian dining room overlooking the gardens.

Our Weston Manor packages also include entry to nearby Blenheim Palace, the lavish 17th century stately home filled with incredible art and artefacts, with gardens by Capability Brown. Blenheim is the ancestral home of the Duke of Marlborough and Winston Churchill’s birthplace.

When Is It Available

Blenheim Palace

• Opens from 10.30 daily and shuts at 16.30. The park opens at 9.00am & the gardens at 10.00am
• Exclusion dates apply including not valid to book over the festive period
• Not valid for entrance on special event days including but not limited to Christmas Lights trail in December, Blenheim Palace Food Festival, The Blenheim Palace Flower Show

Weston Manor 

• Weston Manor check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am
• Weekday - valid on stays Sunday to Thursday
• Weekend - valid on stays Friday and Saturday 
• Please note: Due to private events taking place, Friday's and Saturday's are very limited between April - September
• Weston Manor is not available the first two weeks of January, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Halloween, Valentines Day and Silverstone

Anything Else

• Once booked and confirmed the package is non-refundable or transferable
• Please note: There will be scaffolding/netting around the front of the palace during restoration works. The scaffolding on the front of the Palace (in the Great Court) will then begin to come down with the aim to be completed by mid-July, though scaffolding on the south side of the Palace will be visible still. The south side will be clear of scaffolding by early October, with internal works continuing throughout September and October and finally being completed in November. This is subject to change
