Your journey begins as you climb the steps to the top of the Main Stand roof. From here, you’ll enjoy some of the best panoramic views in Merseyside, looking out over the city skyline and the River Mersey.

After a thorough safety briefing from the expert team, it’s time for the main event. You will lean back over the edge and begin your 100ft abseil down the side of this world-famous stadium. It is a truly unique way to see the ground, especially as you glide past the club's massive official crest. The sense of achievement when you reach the bottom is second to none.

The adventure doesn't end there, as your ticket includes complimentary access to the interactive LFC Museum. You can explore the club's illustrious history and see all the major trophies displayed together. This special display allows you to relive the excitement of that incredible Premier League winning season.

When Is It Available

• Available on weekdays and weekend throughout the year
• Sessions time run from 10:00 - 16:00
• Please arrive around 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot
• In extreme weather, your abseil may be postponed to ensure your safety
• All dates and times are subject to availability and advance booking is recommended

Suitable For

• Minimum age: 10 years
• Junior tickets are valid for participants aged 10 - 17 years
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Minimum height: 1.2m
• Maximum weight: 19 stone (120kg)
• Participants must be able to fit safely into a harness with a maximum waist measurement of 130cm and maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm
• Participants must be physically and medically fit to take part. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before booking
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant individuals or wheelchair/mobility scooter users

Anything Else

• Please wear clothing that covers your shoulders, midriff, and upper legs, and avoid loose-fitting garments
• Closed-toe shoes such as trainers or boots must be worn and should fit securely
• Long hair must be tied back
• Please remove all jewellery and scarves before participating
• Bring a waterproof jacket and a warm layer suitable for outdoor conditions
• All participants must complete an online waiver form before taking part in the abseil
• The abseil team will be capturing photos as you begin your descent. After your abseil, you’ll be able to view and purchase any photos taken by scanning the QR code on your wristband
• Car parking is available near the stadium on non-match days at Stanley Park Car Park on the corner of Priory Road and Arkles Lane ( L4 0TQ )
