Ingliston is a great little circuit. In its heyday the track held many a high-thrills race meeting with many a high-profile driver taking to the challenging circuit. Established in 1965, it's actually Scotland's oldest circuit. Whilst the chequered flag went down on competitive motor racing events for the last time in 1995, Ingliston is now seeing a rebirth as a driving experience venue.

These supercar drives are this Edinburgh operator's most popular product. The fleet is certainly impressive, with the likes of Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Audi, Ariel, Nissan and Lamborghini being represented.

What's great about these vouchers is that there's no need to decide which car or cars you want to drive when you buy the voucher, that's all done when you book your date with the venue. All you have to do now is decide how many of these fabulous cars to drive.

All supercar driving guests will be welcomed before attending a briefing session. This is where how the day works will be explained to you, as well as track etiquette and some driving hints and tips too.

The moment it all gets real is when you climb into the driver's seat. An instructor will be in the front passenger seat next you, ready to offer guidance with track craft, such as braking points, gear changes and turn in points. At first it can all seem a little overwhelming (after all, these a millionaire's toys, not your typical everyday motor!), but you'll soon get into the sensations of driving a proper supercar.

As you take on Islington's South Track, confidence builds with each lap. It's a tight circuit, so you'll need to keep your wits about you as you exit Esses corner, through the hairpin at speed, into the left-hander and the newer section of the track that completes this testing circuit.
