What Can I Expect

Sign up for a Subaru dirt rally session to slip and slide your way around a special stage in this seminal rally car! The Impreza is iconic (fact!) and the London Motor Circuit in Hertfordshire offers these coveted Scoobie rally drives.

Back in the glory days of the World Rally Championship, the Subaru Impreza was unbeatable. We're lucky enough to have driven a full, rally spec WRX Sti and it is as awesome as you'd hope for. It looks the part, sounds great and drives even better. This is as close as most of us will get to feeling what it must be like on a WRC Rally Stage.

With all that eulogising, we'd better move on to telling you about what you will be doing on your Subaru rally experience. After a safety and technical skills briefing, you’ll be taken out for four sighting laps (one at high speed) in a Hawkeye WRX (yep, the late second generation model that’s by far the best, with those awesome predator looks!).

Then it’s over to you to drive eight delicious laps of the dirt rally stage in a fully rally-prepped Subaru. That boxer engine with low sense of gravity and the all wheel drive technology means this car is perfectly balanced. Traction and handling is a dream - throw it into a corner and it just sticks. Like sushi rice. This really is Japanese automotive engineering at its best.

• Please note:  Saturday bookings incur a £35 surcharge, payable when selecting your date
• All dates and time are subject to availability

Suitable For

• Minimum age 17 years / Maximum age 75 years
• Minimum height 5ft 1in / Maximum height 6ft 5in
• Maximum weight 20 stone / 127kg
• Participants must hold a full valid manual driving licence
• Participants must be physically fit with no serious health conditions

Spectators

• Friends and family are welcome to come along and watch

Anything Else

• Drivers will need to sign a form accepting risk and vehicle damage liability of up to £10,000+VAT.  Alternatively damage liability reduction is available to purchase on the day starting from £27
• All participants must wear a helmet which will be provided or you can bring your own
• A balaclava must be worn under the helmet for hygiene reasons, if you do not have your own then you can purchase one on the day for a supplement
• Glasses must be worn if needed
• Flat-soled shoes must be worn
