What Can I Expect

Enjoy some well-deserved time out with this QHotels spa day offer. Your experience includes a relaxing 25-minute treatment, giving you the chance to switch off and enjoy some pampering in the comfortable surroundings of a QHotels spa. Treatment choices vary by hotel and can include options such as an Express Facial, Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage, Frangipani Foot Treatment or Full Body Exfoliation.

There’s more to enjoy beyond your treatment. You’ll have use of the hotel's health club and leisure facilities, giving you time to unwind before or after your treatment. Facilities vary between locations but can include swimming pools, spa pools, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation areas.

When it’s time for lunch, sit back and enjoy a light meal followed by a glass of Prosecco. It’s a lovely way to round off your time at the spa, whether you're treating yourself, enjoying a day with a friend or looking for a relaxing gift.

When Is It Available

• Vouchers are valid for use Monday to Sunday up until 31st May 2027
• It is recommended to arrive 30 minute in advance of your treatment so you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities
• Cambridge, Forest, Norton & Slaley Spa Days on Saturdays can only be booked within 2-weeks of arrival and no day spa treatments are available from midday on a Saturday at Westerwood
• All dates and times are subject to availability

• Please note that not all treatments are available to those under the age of 18 years
• Prosecco will be substituted with a soft drink for guests under 18
• Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions and in some instances a doctor's note may be required
• Relaxation rooms are for adults only, please note not all spas have relaxation rooms

• Spas are private health club facilities that welcome families and children around the pool area
• The Health Club team strives to maintain a clean and orderly pool environment and may remove towels or personal items left unattended for more than 30 minutes
• We kindly ask that poolside loungers are not reserved
• Spa experiences are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. As such, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled spa day will result in the forfeiture of your voucher
• Please be aware that all spas provide robes and towels. Branded flip flops are also available to purchase for £5 per pair.
• Please ensure you bring your own swimsuit on the day of your booking
