What Can I Expect

Calling all kids - this is your junior driving experience in Essex! Driver skills training in 15 or 30-minute sessions at Saffron Walden - the perfect gift for 8 to 17 year olds keen to get driving.

Lessons take place on the junior circuit, especially created for these Essex experiences. Cones will mark out the course and it's on loose gravel, giving an exciting little extra twist to the whole thing!

The cars are all front wheel drive manuals, usually a small hatchback such as the Toyota Aygo X. This is an SUV-styled, sporty little number that's a hoot to drive and kids all love them.

With one of the Essex team of experienced drivers in the front passenger seat, your little one will set about learning basic driving skills. Of course, progress depends on the child, but you might see them getting the car going forward, changing gear, braking and so on.
