What Can I Expect

Our inamo sushi making experiences - where you get to combine making cute Dragon Rolls with a fab bottomless brunch! These great-value vouchers for two are valid for inamo in Soho, London.

The Dragon Roll is inamo’s signature sushi dish. Think of a traditional Japanese dragon, made out of sushi. It’s cute, fun to make and very tasty to eat too. With the help of inamo’s head sushi chef, you’ll be making your very Dragon Rolls, using crunchy Tempura shrimp and smooth avocado.

Learning how to form and shape your sticky sushi rice, combining all the ingredients and then rolling is great fun - and look at the result! With some clever use of mayo and wasabi, you’ll have created the adorable inamo Dragon Roll, complete with googly eyes.

There will also be a chance for you to make Red Dragon Roll, which is the vegan cousin to the Dragon Roll and just as tasty in a different way.

Having successfully learnt how to make Dragon Rolls, you’ll be celebrating with your bottomless brunch. The Asian tapas and sushi, along with the wine, beers and bubbles, will be free-flowing for 90 minutes.
