What Can I Expect
Get a bird’s eye view of Bluewater on the Aerial Trek high ropes adventure! With over 40 obstacles to tackle over two levels, this outdoor high ropes course adjacent to Kent’s largest shopping centre is a winner.
Who’d have thought that just outside London, right next to Bluewater, you could be trekking along the aerial platforms, ropes bridges and walkways in the trees at heights of up to 10 metres off the ground?
The Hangloose team at Bluewater has created a duo of brilliant high ropes routes in the woods. All constructed using wooden poles and platforms, they are literally built in the trees. As one Aerial Trek guest put it : ‘It’s bonding with nature vibes whilst having a blast’!
You will be attached at all times throughout the course and instructors will show how to move your ‘trolley’ along. It’s really simple - and safe. You can start on the lower level at a mere (!) five metres off the ground to find your feet before heading to level at that whopping 10 metres.
Of course, there’ll be moments when you think ‘I can’t do this’... but you can. The instructors are all really encouraging and the atmosphere is very convivial, with everyone spurring each other on.
We think the Aerial Trek at Bluewater in Kent is a fantastic venue so close to London, yet giving wild in the woods feels, all just metres away from a massive shopping and leisure complex - with oodles of free parking too!

Suitable For
- Minimum age 8
- All participants under 16 must have a parent or guardian (over 18) onsite.
- A ratio of 1 adult to 4 children under 12 years old is required
- Minimum weight 35kg/5 stone 7lb
- Maximum weight 120kg / 18 stone 12 lb
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with neck, back or shoulder injuries, epilepsy or heart conditions
