What Can I Expect

Get the G&Ts in on this gin afternoon tea in London! A table at funky MAP Maison will be reserved for two hours just for you, to enjoy sweet and savoury treats accompanied by bottomless gin, cocktails and sparkling cocktails.

Gin lovers are going to love this afternoon tea. The well-stocked bar has an excellent range of gins and the mixologists make superb gin-based cocktails. Even a classic G&T (made with a quality London Dry Gin) comes with a choice of tonics. Of all the gin cocktails, we love the Elderflower Spritz, a refreshing mix of eldeflower infused gin, fresh lime juice and roasted pineapple soda all finished with a flourish of smoke. It's quite a show!

As well as keeping the drinks flowing, staff will be serving you with a three tier stand of savoury and sweet afternoon tea treats. The savoury bites are very much tapas-style, which is in keeping with the Cuban, jazz, soul feel of MAP Maison. All the classic ingredients are there, including sun-dried tomato, olive tapenade, buffalo mozzarella, Iberico ham, basil and more, to create delicious tapas bites.

On the sweet side you'll enjoy delicious desserts that we all know and love. A tempting mix of cheesecakes, mini banoffee pie, red velvet sponge and chef's special macaroons will feature.

And it's not just about gin cocktails on your afternoon tea outing - there's a pot of fresh-brewed Canton Tea Company tea for you too. Choose from refined blends such as Sweet Mint with liquorice root, the honeyed Mi Lan Dan Cong tea, a nice and spicy organic Chai and a refreshing Rooibos.
