What Can I Expect

Say buongiorno to the Ferrari 488 driving experiences! A three or six-mile drive in this fabulous Ferrari at your choice of circuit from dozens around the country, including renowned venues such as Prestwold Hall, Dunsfold and Bicester Heritage to name but three.

The Ferrari F488 GTB, to give this beauty its full name, is the successor to the 458. And a worthy one at that. Aficionados of the prancing horse will delight in telling you that this is the first Ferrari since the GT40 to have a V8 engine. Twin turbocharged, we might add. Nice.

Evo magazine said this magnificent motor out of Maranello has ‘outrageous performance’. And they’re not wrong. 0-100km/h in an eye-watering 3.0-seconds. 661bhp and a seven-speed double clutch automatic gearbox to boot.

A man called Flavio designed the 488 and he talks of dual splitters, vortex generators and aero pillars. In essence, that means a huge amount of downforce and seriously aerodynamic. And it looks very cool. What more could you ask for in a Ferrari?

Oh yes, it’s rear wheel drive. That means it’s as red-hot to handle on the circuit as the Rosso red paint work we know and love Ferraris for. Sure, it’s a challenge driving the Ferrari 488, but it’s one you will relish.

With an instructor by your side in the front passenger seat, you will have three or six miles of drive time to get to know this superlative Italian supercar. If you’re into your cars, a Ferrari 488 driving experience is definitely one to add to your wish list!

Availability

• Vouchers are valid for use on weekday dates throughout the year
• Option to include weekend dates is available when booking your date for a fee of £25

Suitable For

• Minimum age 17
• Under 18s must have parental consent to take part in this experience
• Height restrictions: minimum 5ft, maximum 6ft 5ins
• Weight restrictions: maximum 19 stone
• Drivers must hold a full UK driving licence which will need to be presented on the day
• Anyone deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate
• Drivers must be in reasonable health to drive

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome and there's usually the possibility of enjoying high speed passenger rides (additional fee payable on the day)
• Pets are not allowed at the site

Anything Else

• There are pay on the day activities (subject to availability)
• Optional Collision Waiver Indemnity is available to purchase at the venue at an extra charge
• Refreshments are available to purchase, toilet facilities and viewing areas are provided
• Participants must arrive one hour before their session start time
