What's Included

What Can I Expect

For jumps with a difference make sure it's a FAB bungee! That's a Forward And Backward bungee jump, to give this mad experience its full name. If you're daring (crazy) enough, you'll have an amazing double jump spectacular that is sure to satisfy even the most adrenaline-hungry adventure sports fans.

Forward and backwards bungee jumps are available at venues throughout the UK and you'll be jumping from a crane platform a whopping 160ft above the ground. Some of the venues are over water, so as you jump, all you can see is the lapping water rushing towards you. Others are in city locations, so you get an amazing bird's eye view of the world before you plunge into the air.

The first part of the FAB jump experience is a forward bungee, which is the classic way to jump. After the safety briefing and getting kitted out, you'll find yourself being hauled up in a metal basket to the full height of the crane. The gate opens and look down if you dare, but after the three second count you go head first…

The backward bungee is a real test of nerves. Standing on the jumping platform for the second time, you'll have your back to the abyss. Looking at the bungee instructor, you'll hear the countdown and then it's the mad, disorientating sensation of falling backwards.

And to add an extra dimension to the reverse bungee, you can ask the jumpmaster to literally dangle you over the edge and they will choose the moment to release you for that additional dose of adrenaline right there at 160ft above the ground!

Not for the fainthearted, these forward and backward bungee jump experiences will see you performing not one, but two bungee jumps in the same day. The double jump is offered at venues throughout the UK. Book your FAB jumps if you dare!

Suitable For

  • Minimum age is 14
  • Under 16s will require a parent or guardian's permission and signature
  • Customers 50 years and above should seek medical advice prior to their event to ensure there is no medical reason for them not to participate
  • Maximum weight limit is 19 stone
  • There are no height restrictions
  • Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
  • If you are not in good health you should NOT jump
  • If you have any of the following conditions you should seek medical advice before jumping; high blood pressure, heart condition, suffer from dizziness or epilepsy, damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes, asthma, pregnancy.
  • If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate, you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver
  • Alcohol - if you appear intoxicated you cannot jump
  • Please inform the operator if you are taking any form of medication
  • Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn
  • Boots may need to be removed when jumping
