What Can I Expect

The Land Rover Experience ‘Young Offroader’ session is for teens with an appetite for adventure! These are one-hour, hands-on sessions in the world-famous Defender, just for 11 to 17 year olds.

As the Product Experts at Land Rover say, their official experiences are for ‘curious young minds’ to get a taste of the power, precision and possibilities of the latest Land Rover Defender. As long as your young person is at least 1.45 metres tall, they can drive!

These are safe, instructor-led sessions designed to encourage teens to get into gear, delivering driving skills, whilst building confidence and capability behind the wheel. And of course, no driving licence is needed. Nor is any previous driving experience expected.

What’s more, youngsters can share the experience time. That means they can invite a best friend, split the time with a sibling - or go solo and enjoy the full session themselves.

Guiding them across tracks, trails and tough terrain, these experiences just for teenagers bring the very best out of the Defender and the young drivers - whilst being a lot of fun too. And for authenticity, nothing beats an official Land Rover Defender Young Offroader Experience!

• Morning and afternoon sessions are generally available

• Suitable for those aged 11-17
• Minimum height 1.45m
• All Young Off-Roaders must have an adult accompanying them

• Appropriate footwear and comfortable, casual clothes are recommended
