The Barista course is a must if you're the coffee maker in your household. You'll hear what Two Chimps Coffee does, how they roast their beans and what speciality coffee is all about. You'll spend much of the time in front of the espresso machine making fantastic coffees. After a fun ‘drinks off', you'll certainly know your flat white from your ristretto!
The Create Your Own course is really good fun. You'll learn about roasting, tasting, blending and grinding beans to make superb coffees. Having taken part in a cupping session, you will then use a method called ‘wet blending' to make your very own bespoke coffee bean blend. Then you bag it, name it, label it and take it home with you!
