To elevate the tasting even further, each gin is perfectly matched with a Velvet Truffle created by Award-Winning Chocolatier, Iain Burnett — expertly crafted to highlight and enhance the flavour profile of every gin.

Designed to be enjoyed at your own pace, the experience includes beautifully presented tasting cards with tasting notes and guidance to help you explore the botanicals, aromas, and character of each gin and chocolate pairing.

Relax in the distillery tasting room and shop in Aviemore, where you’ll have a front-row view of the shining copper stills — the very heart of the small-batch production. Every drop of Cairngorm Gin is crafted on-site, giving you a truly authentic Highland gin experience.
