What Can I Expect

This Boeing 737NG flight simulator in Surrey is ready for take off! We are offering 30, 60 and 90-minute experiences in this fixed-base flight sim at Albury near Guildford. Get ready to get your virtual wings!

Alan and Ben who host these sessions are both highly experienced in the world of aviation. Alan is a pilot and a technical whizz and Ben is a current short haul pilot for a commercial airline, so they certainly have all the knowledge!

As they themselves say: ‘We will expertly guide you from take-off to touchdown, with you at the flight controls'. And that means you will be the one in the captain's seat, with your instructor in the first officer's seat next to you.

On the 30-minute session, your Boeing will be ready for take-off on the runway. You can pick your departure airport and you'll most likely stay domestic, flying to another UK airport. Flights from LHR to MAN are popular, for example.

The 60-minute flights allow you enough time to fly a full sector, including all the taxiing and manoeuvring on to stand (tricky!). Or you can do multiple take-offs, approaches and landings if that's your thing!

Those on the 90-minute simulator session in Surrey get loads more time at the controls to really start to understand how these great, big, metal tubes actually fly in the sky. Try flying a full sector, do some challenging touchdowns at places like Innsbruck (snow and mountains) or Madeira (those cross winds!) and just generally get into your new job as captain.
