What Can I Expect
Take a Toyota Land Cruiser off road in the Lake District! We are offering one-to-one, exclusive, 4x4 driving experiences near Kendal, the gateway to the lovely Lake District.
Just south of Kendal, you'll find Holmescales, a family-run farm and outdoor activity centre. The estate covers over 300 acres of lush Cumbrian farmland, so there's plenty of space for you to explore and have fun in a 4x4.
With a background in agriculture, the team knows all about how important it is to have the right 4x4 for off roading around the varied terrain of a farm in the Lake District. They use Toyota Land Cruisers, which are rugged and pretty much indestructible, no matter what you throw at them.
You will be heading off to discover the pretty countryside in the Land Cruiser. You'll be tackling the woodland loop and the rocky fell land, taking on both natural and man-made obstacles as you go. Our personal favourite is seeing if you can balance the 4x4 on the see-saw!
What makes these Lake District off roading sessions extra special is the format. Your voucher is valid for up to four people. How you use your one-hour driving time is up to you. You can share the time behind the wheel, or keep it all for yourself and have you three invitees ride along as passengers. Or any combination of the two.
All teaching is on a one-to-one basis, just for your group. That means the advice and instruction is geared to your level of driving. But mark our words, what you thought you'd never be able to achieve at the start of the experience you will be conquering confidently in your Toyota by the end of your drive time.
