  • If events have been postponed due to Covid 19, please leave them as reserved on your portal but do not raise invoices for these vouchers.
  • Invoices can be submitted up to 30 days prior to the new event date
  • Should you have already rescheduled the dates please email with the voucher numbers and new event dates and these will be updated on your behalf
  • This will assist with the rescheduling process to ensure accuracy and avoid any confusion.
  • Into the Blue are currently extending any voucher nearing expiry for a further 6 months free of charge
