Audi R8 Race Circuit Thrill

An Audi R8 drive with lots of choice! You decide which circuit, how many miles and what day of the week for your Audi driving experience. We've got three-mile blasts and six-mile thrills available at a range of circuits around the UK.

You'll be at the track for around two hours, giving you and your friends and family plenty of time to soak up the motoring atmosphere, as well as cheering you on. If you like your cars, you'll love these track days, as there are always loads of different cars there, including, of course, this rather flash R8 you'll be getting your hands on.

Before hitting the track, your Audi R8 driving experience starts with a classroom briefing. This is where you'll learn all about racing lines, cornering and braking techniques in this V8 engined powerhouse of a car.

Then it's over to you. Your moment of driving glory. The Audi R8 is a real superstar of a car and just climbing into the driver's seat gets the old adrenaline going. The stainless steel dashboard trim, the sportingly low seats, the back window you really can't see a thing out of. All totally impractical on the public roads, but who cares!

And for an extra thrill, this experience is also available with a 'hotlap' add-on. Once you've driven the R8, you get to go around the track again, but this time as a passenger in a performance car. One of the venue's professional instructors will be driving, so you can see how to push it to the limit on the tarmac.

• Events run on selected Fridays and weekends between March and December

• Minimum age is 17 years, the driver must hold a full manual driving licence
• Minimum height is 5ft, max is 6'6"
• Maximum weight is 18 stone.

• Guests of participants are welcome to attend free of charge and spectate from safe viewing areas around the track
• Cameras are welcome to capture a photo of the participant and the supercar
• Facilities include a picnic area, heated hospitality suite, seated briefing area and catering facilities

• All drivers on the day will have the option to pay a non-refundable £25 damage waiver which will cover them against any damage that may be caused to the vehicle(s) in the event of an incident
• Drivers who do not wish to take this waiver will need to sign a disclaimer and will need to be able to cover the cost on the day for any damage to the vehicle up to a maximum amount of £5000. Credit cards will need to be provided with a £5000 limit or about for this reason. Debit cards are accepted however please be aware a pre-authorisation applies to debit cards to check funds are available
