What Can I Expect

Magnificent private helicopter tours over South Wales! With one voucher, up to four of you fly together to explore the stunning Gower Peninsula on a 20 or 30-minute flight just for you.

All private bookings depart from Swansea Airport, just west of the city. Your personal pilot will be there to meet and greet you, explaining where you’ll go and what you’ll see. After takeoff, you will head to the Gower National Landscape - and the views as you approach are wonderful.

Gower was actually the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (an AONB), having been designated back in 1956.  Stretching from Mumbles and Swansea Bay all the way to Loughor, the peninsula covers around 70 square miles.

Literally littered with coves and cliffs, castles and colourful gardens, seaside towns and even a motor circuit, there is so much to see on these exclusive tours by executive helicopter!

And we have to say, seeing it all from your seat in a Bell JetRanger is a VIP dream come true. You’ll all get to look down on the miniature South Wales below and easily spot local landmarks.

We are offering a choice of a 20-minute Rhosilli, Three Cliffs And Mumbles explorer, or an extended 30-minute tour covering most of the Gower Peninsula.

And don’t forget, on these private tours in South Wales, the price you pay is for the whole helicopter, which can seat up to four passengers.

• Sightseeing flights are subject to availability and weather conditions

• Minimum age: 6 years old
• Under 12s must be accompanied by a participating adult 
• Over 12s may fly unaccompanied
• The operator reserves the right to remove any passenger if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
• Maximum height: 6ft 6ins (198cm)
• Maximum weight: 15 stone (95kg)*

Anything Else

• Tour routes can vary due to change due to weather conditions and air traffic control
• Flying activities have maximum weights (per seat) to ensure health and safety along with the comfort of fellow passengers
• You must enter passenger/participant weight at the time of booking an experience. If weight varies between the time of initial booking and date of flight experience it remains the responsibility of the customer to update their individual weight via their online account prior to flight
• All passengers will be weighed before flight and if disparity exists between weight disclosed and actual weight (within reason), the passenger may be eligible to fly

Group size of Three – Max 43 Stone (273kg)

Group size of Six - Max 75 Stone (475kg)

• Please note that the maximum weight limit for the Co Pilot Seat on a helicopter pleasure flight varies depending on aircraft and other operational considerations but will not exceed 95kg
• If as a party of one you weigh in excess of 15 stone, you may still be able to fly however you will need to purchase an additional seat. This seat will either have to remain unoccupied or can be occupied by an individual as long as the combined total as listed above is not exceeded. However, a total individual weight of 21.5 stone cannot be exceeded
