What Can I Expect

Italian cookery classes - bringing the taste of Italy to London! These two-hour classes concentrate on making the most authentic, fresh Italian pasta you will have ever tasted.

The key to these cooking workshops is the ingredients. Only the finest-grade flours and the best virgin olive oils are used (all Italian, of course!). Combine that genuine Italian cookery know-how with recipes handed down through the generations and you’ve got an amazing pasta making experience.

Based in the heart of the community in London’s East End, the La Nina team will warmly welcome you to their kitchen studio. Everything will be set up ready for you and your fellow fans of Italian cuisine to get your apron on and get cooking.

During your hands-on class you will be shaping and making ravioli and tagliatelle pastas. Everything is made from scratch.
