What Can I Expect
Secure your slot on the VR fighter jet simulator in Blackpool! Operating out of Hangar 8 at Blackpool Airport, these side-by-side virtual reality-equipped sims are awesome - and they'll have you totally immersed in your aerial missions.
We are offering 30, 45 and 60-minute experiences in these high-tech VR sims at Blackpool. The Air Combat Pro set-up boasts incredible 360 graphics and a full-motion cockpit seat, so you'll feel every missile launch and barrel roll you perform.
This Blackpool team has lined up a series of challenging missions for you. On the 30-minute sim session you'll be flying solo. In the aircraft of your choice, you'll be learning aerobatics, firing weapons and doing some by-the-seat-of-your-pants low level runs through valleys and over mountainous terrain. There will be some tricky aerial missions for you to do too.
The 45-minute experience brings an added dimension to your VR sim session : you'll be taking on your instructor in an aerial dogfight! You get to do all the initiation moves and missions, which all build up to the final battle of the skies. Will you be shot down in flames? Or will you be the flying ace?
The 60-minute package is for two people. After your fighter pilot training missions and moves, it's to go into combat. But the million dollar question is will you be enemies or allies? As you soar through the battle skies, will you be barrel-rolling away from each other, or combining forces to take out the enemy planes?
For all three of these VR fighter jet simulator experiences in Blackpool you will have a comprehensive briefing which is in addition to the sim time. That means if you book a 30-minute session, you'll be in that hot seat for a full 30-minutes. Time to bring out that steely inner fighter pilot in you!
