What Can I Expect

A 60-minute under 17 Pro Drive series event! If you're a teenager and want to drive a Porsche Boxster, you've come to the right place! We are offering 60-minute sessions at the Bovingdon circuit in Hertfordshire for all the keen teens out there.

Reserved specifically for 11 to 16 year olds, these Pro Drive series experiences are brilliant fun. Teenagers love them because the Boxster is a very cool car. Parents love them because it's all done in a safe, controlled environment.

Of course, the Boxster is a proper little roadster sports cars, so how come kids are allowed to drive these pocket rockets? Well, put simply, the car is a dual-control. You could say driving it is child's play, but it is still a powerful car that needs taming, with lots of torque and incredible handling.

So how will these under 17 Pro Drive series sessions play out? Well, teens are assigned a one-to-one slot with one of this Hertfordshire team's professional instructors. There'll be a driver briefing, followed by in-car learning. That means from the moment your teenager is securely installed in the car, it's them who will be driving!

Under the guidance of the instructor, they'll spend around 45-minutes actually at the wheel. All sessions are run like lessons, so kids learn a lot about the basic driving techniques.

All teaching is geared towards the youngster's ability, with the driving adapted to their level. Your kids could be smoothly negotiating a coned slalom with aplomb, tackling reverse parking with ease, or simply driving down the straight with a huge grin on their faces!

• Maximum weight 18 stone
• Participants should be physically fit with no serious health conditions

Spectators

• Friends and family are welcome to come along

Anything Else

• Flat soled shoes must be worn
• Glasses must be worn if needed
• Refreshments and snacks are available to purchase onsite
• Drivers will need to sign a form accepting risk and vehicle damage liability of up to   £10,000+VAT.  Alternatively damage liability reduction is available to purchase on the day starting from £27
• Any participant entering a vehicle will be requested to complete a Disclaimer in order to participate in their experience
• Specific vehicles can be requested but are not guaranteed
