Saltmarshe Hall is a lovely pick for a night away. It's quite a romantic place, so this package is perfect for couples, but BFFs will love it too as it is calm, tranquil and really very pretty, making it the perfect place to relax for a night.

Once checked in, we'd be heading directly to the walled garden, where you'll find the heated outdoor pool. It's secluded and serene. Spend a wonderful moment here taking a dip, ordering a glass of fizz to enjoy poolside and generally just having a delightful time!

After all that relaxing by the pool, it's time to get ready for dinner. Your overnight break package to Saltmarshe Hall includes a three-course evening meal to be taken in the dining room. Impeccable service, seasonal, locally-sourced produce will be served at your table.

How about a little post-dinner stroll? The 17-acres of well-tended gardens and land surrounding Saltmarshe Halle are simply stunning. From the exquisite formal gardens with flower beds and hedges, to the shaded wooded areas and the parklands, you can explore it all.

The hotel sits on the sheltered banks of the River Ouse and a stroll along the embankment of the river makes for a longer walk. You can even head to nearby Saltmarshe Delph and Blacktoft Sands nature reserves, which are both near Saltmarshe Hall.
