Cadbury World is in Bournville village, just south of Birmingham city centre. The visitor centre is in the original Cadbury cottage buildings, in the shadow of the Cadbury factory - and yes it does have a delicious smell of chocolate in the air!

Packed full of interactive exhibits, fascinating facts, fun things to do and see, Cadbury World is a must-do day out for chocolate lovers. The 4D cinema experience is amazing (expect the unexpected!) and the film set-style Bull Street is really well done. You'll learn lots about the journey from cocoa bean to bar throughout your visit.

Of course, if you're in Cadbury World you want to taste it - and we can wholeheartedly say you will have ample opportunity. Our personal fave is the melted chocolate in a cup that you get to decorate with the toppings of your choice. It's liquid chocolate gold!

You can easily spend the whole day in Bournville, which is why a package with Cadbury tickets and hotel accommodation is such a good idea. It means you can take all your time in the world of chocolate, discover the delights of Birmingham and get a good sleep in a smart hotel.

So much more than just the Bull Ring shopping centre (although that is a fabulous place!), Birmingham city centre is a vibrant and welcoming place. Explore the hidden rooftop gardens at the Library of Birmingham, get your culture fix at the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery and take a wander around the canalside area of Gas Street Basin.
