What Can I Expect

Enjoy a Blenheim Palace family day out! Discover this exquisite 18th century palace sitting on a beautiful 2000-acre estate near Woodstock in Oxfordshire. Our family vouchers give you entrance tickets, a ride on a miniature train and a family pizza meal too.

There is so much to see and do for all ages at Blenheim. The lavish house, one of the finest examples of Baroque-style architecture in the country, is filled with fascinating artwork and artefacts, all of which are steeped in history.

Exploring the estate is what the kids love doing best. From the very cool adventure playpark and the ‘Harry Potter tree’, to the Rowse honey hives and the Marlborough Maze, little ones will love it all as much as you do.

A highlight for many families is the miniature train ride. The little loco called Winston happily runs back and forth between the Palace and the Walled Garden, where another child-favourite, the Butterfly House is located.

After visiting the Palace, the formal gardens and the parkland with all its attractions, your Blenheim family day continues with a pizza lunch for you in the Family Pizzeria, or one of the other food outlets at Blenheim.

Your family ticket is valid all day, so after lunch why not explore some more? From the Lost Garden and Water Terraces, to finding out about Winston Churchill, the Palace has so much to show you on these very special Blenheim Palace family days out!

When Is It Available

• The Park is open from 09:00, the Gardens from 10:00 and the Palace from 10:30
• Last entry is at 16:45pm,  The Park closes at 18:00
• Miniature Train departs from the Palace and runs on the hour and 1/2 the hour from 11.00-15.30
• The train departs the Walled Garden at quarter to and quarter past the hours from 11.15 - 15.45
• Exclusion dates apply including 25th, 26th and 31st December, and February half term
• Not valid for entrance on special event days including Christmas Lights trail in December
