What Can I Expect

A very special animal photography experience in Bristol! A photoshoot especially set up for you, that could feature the very photogenic Meerkats and lots of colourful reptiles too. These half and full-day sessions are perfect for amateur and pro animal photographers alike.

Pete and his team are animal experts. At their centre near Bristol, they welcome a plethora of snakes, geckos, chameleons and even crocodiles and meerkats. With such respect for the residents, combined with the desire to educate people on these often misunderstood species, these animal photography sessions are a true eye-opener.

You'll be accompanied throughout your visit by one of the experienced handlers. As the photographer, you'll be invited to get up close to your chosen subjects in a way that is never normally possible in the wild with these animals.

Capture a Meerkat looking cute on their hind legs as they sniff the air. Snap an Anaconda devouring a pinkie mouse for lunch. Practice your macro photography skills on the beady eyes of the boa. With such amazing access to these species, you're bound to end up with a fine portfolio of images.

The reptiles have incredible colours, textures, sheens and markings that make for simply superb close-up portrait shots. And the cheeky meerkats are just so photogenic it's ridiculous! And they're quite curious too, so don't be surprised if they come to investigate the lens.

For the half-day animal photography near Bristol you can choose between the reptiles or the meerkats as your subjects to snap. On the full-day experience, both the meerkats and the reptiles will be in front of the camera for you. Places are limited, so book your slot as the animal photographer for the day soon!
