Extra 300 - Sensational Aerobatic Experiences
The Extra 300 is the world's top performing two seat aerobatic aeroplane and here's your chance to experience just what this awesome aerobatic plane can do as you fly high above the Berkshire countryside performing some great aerobatic manoeuvres.
The Extra was made famous by sensational displays at air shows over the last few years in the hands of aerobatic supremos such as Brian Lecomber and Alan Cassidy. Powered by a Lycoming 350hp engine, it is an ultra lightweight, state of the art, high technology display aircraft with breathtaking performance.
The aircraft is fitted with a high tech camera system that can record your flight with its picture in picture technology, recording you and the outside horizon as well as everything said during the flight. Customers choosing the 'Videobatics' option will receive a fully edited DVD recording of their flight so you can show all your friends and family your aerobatic feats as well as your screams and laughter.

Experience Summary: After a full pre-flight briefing you will enjoy a 20 minute extreme aerobatics flight in the extra 300 incorporating loops, rolls, stall turns and wingovers. If you request it they will be happy to demonstrate some really wild combination moves.Your pilot will provide you with a running commentary and will usually allow you take the controls for part of the flight to try your hand at flying a loop the loop yourself. The Videobatics option also includes an edited DVD recording of your flight as well as an exclusive Videobatics polo shirt.
Availability: Flights are available on weekends and weekdays from March to October.
Location: The venue boasts one of the largest grass airfields in Britain, set in the stunning countryside near maidenhead. The airfield is easily accessible from the M4 (J8/9) and is just six miles from the M40 (J4). Central London is only 35 miles away and easily accessible by train or taxi. Windsor, Ascot, Henley, Reading and Maidenhead are all within easy reach.
Requirements: Maximum height 6'2". Maximum weight 16 stone. Minimum age 16 years. You must be physically fit and in good health. If you have any health concerns you should consult your GP before flying. Videobatics DVD and exclusive Polo shirt are usually posted to you after the event.
Spectators and Facilities: Spectators are welcome to come and watch take off and landing. There is a clubhouse on the airfield serving drinks and snacks.
