What's Included
- Enjoy an exhilarating 'Rafting Unleashed' White Water session

What Can I Expect
Experience the thrill of a white water rafting adventure at Lee Valley White Water Centre! This London 2012 venue's Olympic-standard white water course is open to us all. It's going to be an exhilarating rollercoaster ride of splashes, as you dip and drop into the speeding white waters at Lee Valley!
First things first, all rafters get kitted out in a wetsuit, wet boots and buoyancy aid to keep you warm on the rapids of Hertfordshire. You'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing on dry land, setting the stage for your experience and you will then perform essential safety tests with experienced white water guides, before taking to these Lee Valley waters.
Expect an enticing blend of eddies, boulders and rapids during the length of the course. All these meticulously designed elements will challenge your balance, or at the very least send sprays of water your way. Amidst the bobbing and weaving, your job is to deftly steer your raft to the end of the 160m-long route.
It's exhilarating, fast-paced and gallons of fun out there. And anyone coming along to watch can hang out at The Terrace Bar & Café, which boasts a vibrant atmosphere and great views of this action-packed course.
These Lee Valley white water rafting sessions take place within the River Lee Country Park, just beyond the M25, bordering Hertfordshire and Essex. As well as top-notch water sports, there are loads of other activities in and around the water including cycling, walking, golf, foot-golf and children's play areas.
