What Can I Expect

Jewellery making in Cornwall - the perfect activity for craft lovers! Join Brett and Leni in their silversmithing workshop just a short walk from the beaches of St Ives Bay for these hands-on jewellery experiences.

Having travelled and worked all over the world, Leni, Brett and their children have settled in Cornwall, where the natural beauty of their surroundings inspires their work. With Leni's signature silver daisies and their popular heart charms, it's clear to see that everything they handcraft is made with love.

You will be joining the couple at their workshop in a former Cornish foundry, which is now home to small artisan businesses. Group sizes are kept to a maximum of six, to ensure you have the space and time to craft your bespoke silver jewellery. Popular items to make include rings, bangles, earrings, anklets and pendants.

Using traditional silversmithing techniques, you'll learn how to measure, shape and form your Sterling silver into your lovely keepsake. It can be quite an intricate process, but once you've soldered, filed and given your piece that final polish, you can give yourself a pat on the back and be proud of what you have crafted!

All the raw materials and tools you need to create your sparkling silver jewellery at this Cornish workshop are included. And of course, you get to take your creations home with you. We love the warm and friendly atmosphere this talented silversmithing pair have created and they welcome all budding jewellery makers to join them.
