What Can I Expect

Ebike hire Sussex - go exploring on an electric bike! We are offering two hour, half-day and full-day hires out of Newhaven marina on the East Sussex coast.

Electric-assisted bikes mean you can go further, see more and all whilst not tiring yourself out. The electric motor, which is inside the frame of the bike, makes pedalling much easier, meaning you can enjoy your e-biking a whole lot more.

You will be riding a Lapierre (or equivalent) hardtail electric mountain bike. These modern bikes are lightweight, well-built and offer comfort and control for the rider. Hire packages include the bike and a helmet.

If you've never ridden an ebike before, there's a nice little practice area at this Sussex hire base where you can get used to the controls. Staff will be on hand to ensure the bike is the correct fit for you and make sure you are OK with the brakes, gears and so on.

Once you're happy, they'll wave you off and away you go around the Sussex countryside from Seaford. Ride the delightful tracks that traverse the coastline, discover the downhill thrills and forest trails - or just go gently along the roads. These ebikes pretty much go anywhere and with a lot less effort!

Maybe bring a rucksack with your swim gear in for a dip by the sea. Or perhaps pack a picnic to enjoy in a remote sport. Or simply cycle your way around the tea shops and cafes around the Newhaven and Seaford area!
