Enjoy sphereing in West Sussex! Our sphereing venue is in the very heart of West Sussex, just south of East Grinstead, meaning you can go on a thrilling sphereing experience within an hour's drive from central London.

In fact opting for sphereing here at this countryside site near Forest Row means you can make a day of it as there are lots of pubs and restaurants to eat at nearby, as well as shopping to be done too. Spectators are positively encouraged, so you can all hang out and watch the fun before going on somewhere afterwards for a meal or even to the West Sussex coast.

Sphereing in West Sussex is offered as harness sphereing for two people, so you'll both be securely attached with a full body harness into the same inflatable ball ready for your  experience - expect the adrenaline levels to rise as you pick up speed whilst you roll!

Harness sphereing for two people at this West Sussex venue is offered as an experience for two people. You should allow one hour at the venue and the actual roll will be about 30 seconds long. There will be other sphereing customers on the day booked in at the same time as you.


Sphereing in West Sussex is available midweek only from April. Vouchers must be redeemed before 30th June 2012.


The sphereing venue is south of East Grinstead in East Sussex just off the A22.


You must be at least 4ft tall to go sphereing in West Sussex and no more than 18 stone, with a maximum waist of 60 inches. You must be at least 12 years old and anyone under 18 will require parental consent. Pregnancy, neck, back, head or recent medical conditions inc surgery and epilepsy all mean you will not be able to participate. Any indication that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs also means you will be refused. The team on the day have the right to evoke your roll and their decision is final. Please make sure you are dressed appropriately eg long trousers and tops.


There are toilets at the venue as well as storage areas for belongings. There are refreshments available and car parking is free. Friends and family are welcome to watch.
