Go hill rolling with this sphereing in South Wales experience! You'll be sphereing at the Pembrey Country Park near Llanelli which in itself a venue full of all-action activities with the beach and a dry ski slopes on the same site as the sphere track.
With all this action going on, this centre makes a superb choice for a day out in South Wales that you can bring the whole family along to. Facilities on the site are excellent too, with over 200 hectares of parkland against the backdrop of the Gower Peninsula and the Carmarthen Bay including a mini railway, a luge and cycle paths as well as BBQ area, restaurant and cafe area too. The perfect place to go sphereing!
You can choose between aqua sphereing and harness sphereing in South Wales. If you go for aqua sphereing you'll be inside the ball with a whole load of water so you'll be sloshing around as you roll. On harness sphereing you're secured into the ball, but you'll still be rolling like a hamster in a ball!
Your sphereing experience South Wales will last around an hour in total and your roll will take 30 seconds down the specially built sphere track. You will be part of a group of spherers booked in at the same time and will wait your turn to be loaded into the sphere. On aqua sphereing you are inside the ball with 30-50 litres of water and on harness sphereing you are strapped in.

Sphereing takes place at Pembrey Country Park, 12 miles from Swansea and with easy access from the main A484 Llanelli to Carmarthen coast road.
You need to be at least 12 years old for harness sphereing and seven years old for aqua. Minimum heights are 3ft10 for aqua and 4ft for harness and maximum weight is 18 stone, with a 60 inch waist limit. You cannot go sphereing if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart condition, back, neck or other medical complaints including having had an operation in the last 12 months. Anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to roll. The staff on the day make the final decision. Please make sure you wear suitable clothing and you will get wet on aquasphereing so bring swim gear or a change of clothes.
Please note there is a £5 entry charge to the Country Park. This then includes car parking for one car with occupants. You then have access to the walkways, the beaches, the restaurant, cafe and beach bar as well as the other locally payable activities such as mini golf, mini train, toboggan run, cycle hire etc as well the sphereing area. Friends and family are very welcome to watch and there is loads for all the family to do.
