What Can I Expect
This is the Legends Driving Experience in Scotland! Drive these brilliant, 5/8th-scale ‘wee beasties’ around the legendary Knockhill Race Circuit in Fife for some big fun on the track.
We adore this experience. These Hot Rod-style cars are all based on American classics from the roaring 30s. They look fantastic and everyone who sees them instantly falls a little bit in love with them!
They are quite wee, but they pack a serious punch. And that’s thanks to the super lightweight construction and the Yamaha 125 bhp motorbike engine that powers these Legends.
Oh and did we mention they are rear wheel drive? That means they are very lively out on that famous track. As the Knockhill team says, the Legends are ‘quick, quirky and will turn on a dime’.
To prep you for your Legends driving, you’ll be going out in a very sleek Alpine A110 for some coaching laps with an instructor. You’ll also be a passenger for a couple of demo laps, to help you with racing line and track etiquette.
Then it’s Legends time. You will be driving your pocket rocket for 10 laps of the International circuit. You’ll be solo out there (as there’s only room for one in these legendary cars!) so get ready to fly down the straights and stick it into the corners, all by yourself.

Suitable For
- Minimum age 17
- All drivers must hold a full UK or European driving licence and be able to drive a manual car.
- Drivers should dress for comfort and the outdoors - such as jeans and trainers.
Spectators
- Spectators to this Scottish racing circuit are welcome for no charge
- There are good views of the track used for the single seater & sporty saloon experience

- As a renowned race circuit Knockhill has very good facilities with toilets and refreshments on site during experience days
