Archery doesn't just take place in the middle of the forest, you can have a go in the middle of London too!

Archery doesn’t just take place in the middle of the forest, you can have a go in the middle of London too!

We don’t know what’s come over the ‘new product’ department in recent days, but they’ve had a whirlwind of a few days adding loads of new archery venues to the Into the blue website, so no matter where you live in the country, you now won’t have to travel far to be able to shoot those arrows.

There is now a choice of 15 archery clubs and centres around the country, all of which have been picked as they offer excellent tuition and a good range of archery gear, all of which is included in the price of your experience.

If you’re in the London area, you might not think that there’s anyway in the big smoke for you to play like Robin Hood, but you’d be wrong. We’ve got a specialist sports centre near London Bridge that boasts an indoor archery club, so there’s even time for you to have a go at shooting the targets after work.

As well as more conventional outdoor archery centres, we’ve also signed up a new concept in archery. Based in Kent near Canterbury, this centre aims to pack in the fun. With 10 different archery gaming zones, you’ll find yourself loading up your bow and aiming your arrows at wild boar, rats, flying geese, deer and even grizzly bears. And no, no need to worry animal fans, as these wild beasts aren’t real!

Prices for these archery lessons start at just £20, so this an exciting activity that won’t break the bank.
