What Can I Expect
Fantastic junior Subaru rally sessions in Stafford! This is rally driving on the tarmac stage at Seighford Driving Centre and it's just for juniors aged between 8 and 15 years.
This rally team's mantra is: 'Kids can drive, even if they can't'. That's because the experience is open to youngsters even if they have absolutely no previous driving experience.
And height isn't normally an issue either. If they can't reach the pedals, this junior rallying centre has a trick up its sleeve. These Subaru rally cars are fitted with full dual control pedals, including the accelerator, so the littlest kids can just concentrate on steering, whilst the instructor does all the rest!
Indeed, it's the quality of the instruction that sets these junior rallying experiences in Staffordshire apart - and the fact that the little ones are in an authentic rally car, complete with full roll cage.
The crew of instructors are all super patient with the children taking part. They're very good at explaining everything too, so Mums and Dads, you can rest at ease and watch proudly as your tween or teen negotiates the tarmac rally circuit.
And of course, kids adore the fact that they get to drive a real rally car. During their time at the wheel, they'll get a true feel of what rallying is all about, learning some of the fundamental rally moves as they go at this former airfield location.
We can only imagine the disbelief when they tell their mates at school that they drove a real Subaru rally car at the weekend! And remember, this junior Subaru rallying sesh in Stafford is only for kids from 8-15 years old, no matter how tall or small they are!
