What Can I Expect
The ultimate Inbetweeners tour - bring your wellies we're going knee-deep in...well, you know what! These ‘for adults only' tours centre around the ‘burbs of north-west London, where much of the famous sitcom is set.
This CH4 coming of age teen comedy is famous for its four main protagonists; Will, Simon, Neil and Jay. The potty-mouthed quartet are mates at the local Rudge Park comprehensive school and the show and subsequent films centre around life as an angst-ridden teen in a typical London suburb.
Full of crass humour, comedic moments and a whole lot of heart, you can't help but like these school kids. Your tour will let you in on all the filming secrets, as you explore Inbetweeners locations around Ruislip, Watford, Pinner and Uxbridge.
Of course, the school, which is the main setting for the show, is one of the first highlights. It's also pretty cool to see the houses where those cheeky adolescents lived. You'll also head to High Street Pinner, in homage to where Will tried to buy alcohol when they attempted to bunk off school. And bring your ID with you, you might get time to try and buy a pint in the pub yourself!
Tours meet at Ruislip Gardens Station (on the Central Line tube) and you'll head off in a coach for your four-hour Inbetweeners-themed trip. Your host will be an Inbetweeners superfan, so you'll be in good hands. Whilst you're on the move, there'll be quizzes and fun facts galore.
This tour celebrates the show that spawned dozens of one-liners and witty quips. ‘What is Swansea? Is it an animal?'. ‘I'm a principled man and one of those principles turns out to be I'll do literally anything a girl asks me to'. ‘I got this amazing new app called Grindr and immediately found loads of new friends'.
