Fancy a cheeky 2 for 1 curry? With the 241 Curry Card you can eat out for less at curry houses local to you all year round. And in fact, it’s not just Indian food, Chinese, Thai and Asian Fusion restaurants are also included.
The way the 241 Curry Card works is dead simple. Once you’ve got your card in your hands, you'll need to register on the website. As soon as you’ve done that and you’re logged in, you’ll be able to get down to the serious business of finding all the restaurants that you want to go to.
Searching on the website is really easy. Just put in the town or postcode, set the distance you’re willing to go up to, click search and wait for the map to load with lots of pins showing the eateries where you can grab your 241 meal deal. There are curry houses and Asian-style food places galore - enough to eat somewhere different every night of the week in the big cities.
Click on one that takes your appetite and details of the offer for that restaurant will pop up. In general, the cards are valid Sunday to Thursday, with the cheaper of the two main courses being free. As the restaurants featured are usually independent or family owned, offers can vary at each one. For example, the card can only be used for eat-in evening meals, or you might have to order a starter and main to qualify - but when we’re talking something like onion bhajis with a creamy chicken korma we’re not complaining!
All you have to do then is ring up, book your table (mentioning that you’re a 241 Curry Card member) and then present the card when you arrive at the restaurant.
For those of you who usually head out on a curry night once a week, using your 241 Curry Card means you can easily save up to £20-25 per meal - which over a year soon adds up. These 241 Curry Card member packs are valid for a full 12 months and there is no restriction on how many times you can use the card at each eatery.
