This Hypercat taster experience in Hampshire gives you just enough time on the boat to find out what this awesome craft is all about. You and up to three others will spend an hour on the water zipping up and down Southampton Water and creating a splash.

Boasting a beefy 300hp supercharged engine, the Hypercat is a true master of the oceans. When you push the throttle on this baby it really goes for it with an acceleration that'll have you pushed back in your seat. The Hypercat is in fact, one of the fastest commercial powerboats in Europe, thanks to its hull configuration.

Your taster Hypercat experience starts with a safety briefing at the marina in Southampton. Once you're all in the craft ready to go, the instructor pilot will head out onto the water. Gently at first in the speed restricted waters, then it's showtime! You'll have a high speed ride before each of you get to have a short go behind the wheel.

- Allow up to two hours at the marina
- You may be part of a group of up to four on the Hypercat at once
- You will be out on the water for one hour
- Each person will have a short go at driving the boat
- A photograph of your day will be given at the debrief

- Suitable for 12 year olds upwards, but under 16s will need to be accompanied by parent or guardian
- Hypercat taster is not suitable for those with back, neck or heart problems, or pregnant women
- Jeans or shorts with trainers or boat shoes should be worn
- Please bring a change of clothes as well
- Racing gear including waterproof jackets and life vest are provided
