Pilot a duo of high speed vessels on this Sports Boat Experience in Birmingham! This inland lake near Sutton Coldfield is the venue for a day of boating that'll see you whizzing over the water in not one but two powerful boats - and there's not an oar in sight.
First up is the Blue Finn monohull powerboat. With a distinctive 'v' shaped hull, this boat is what you'd typically call a powerboat in the water sports world. Long and lean, these torpedo-shaped vessels are seriously aggressive on the water and you'll soon have the hull bobbing out of the water as you pick up speed.
The second sporty boat waiting for you to pilot is the Catamaran S850. These vessels will certainly get you noticed on the lake as they're tall and super light. With a real racing look, these catamarans can easily reach speeds of up to 90mph in a very short time - three seconds to be precise. Amazing performance from a boat that weighs just 95kg and is powered with a Yamaha two stroke engine.
Before heading out on the water, this sports boat experience starts with you being introduced to your expert boat pilots and a safety briefing before safety kit gets handed out and you're ready for the off on this fully hands-on and high thrills boating day.
