If you are feeling energetic you can make use of the beautiful 25 metre swimming pool, specifically designed for anyone looking to clock up some laps in a relaxed, stress free environment.
On a more relaxing theme the orientally inspired spa areas provide a tropical oasis of heat, steam and water and features a stunning hydrotherapy spa pool, relaxation pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, plunge pool and heated relaxation beds. An Amida Day Pass incorporates unlimited use of the gymnasium, swimming pool, spa area with hydro pool, relaxation pool, sanarium, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and relaxation area. A luxury robe, towels and slippers are provided by the Spa along with a locker to secure your belongings. Refreshments are provided on arrival, along with a healthy light lunch (soup or a sandwich). Additional refreshments are available for purchase on the day. You will receive a 10% discount from any treatments which are booked on the day. This day pass can be used at either venue, Monday to Thursday, 10.00am - 10.30pm (excluding Bank holidays).
Amida at Hampton is built within 70 acres of parkland (previously Twickenham Golf Course), nestled between Twickenham and Hampton. Amida Beckenham is located in nine acres of parkland on Stanhope Grove, Beckenham.
You will need to bring exercise wear and swimwear. The minimum age is 18 years.
This activity is not suitable for spectators although additional visitors may be able to pay for entry on the day. Both venues provide gym, pool, wet spa areas and relaxation areas. Hampton also has a nine hole golf course. Free parking on site.
