Located in 16 acres of beautiful Derbyshire countryside, this stylish spa combines a wide range of indulgent treatments with stunning views. The result is a peaceful haven where you can escape the stresses of everyday life and just relax.

The spa prides itself on being small, unique and friendly, boasting a beautiful pool, sauna, relaxation areas and restaurant. During your stay you are welcome to walk in the grounds or stretch your legs a little further and enjoy the stunning Carsington Reservoir located nearby.

The spa only allows limited numbers of guests so the skilled professional therapists can make sure you receive the very best care and attention during your stay. Double treatment rooms allow you to enjoy the treatments alongside a friend or loved one so there's no need to miss out on any girly chats!

Whichever package you opt for you can choose from a wide range of natural treatments, each designed with total pampering, complete relaxation and pure indulgence in mind.

Half Days include use of the pool, sauna and relaxation areas as well as providing two 30 minute treatments of your choice. Complimentary light refreshments are provided along with the use of soft gowns, towels and slippers.

Full Days include use of the pool sauna and relaxation areas, and two 60 minute treatments of your choice. Lunch is also provided along with light refreshments, a goody bag and the use of soft gowns, towels and slippers.

Treatment options include: Bespoke Facial, Sparitual Manicure, Anti-Ageing Manicure, Pedicure, Reflexology, Body Wrap, Traditional Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy. Experiences include the use of the pool, sauna and relaxation areas.  Soft gowns, towels and slippers are also provided. Half days usually run 0930 - 1330 or 1430 - 1730 and include two 30 minute treatments and light refreshments. Full days run from 0930 - 1630 and include two 60 minute treatments, lunch, goody bag and light refreshments.
These experiences are available on most weekdays and weekends throughout the year, however, due to the exclusive nature of this Spa places can be limited. Maximum group size is 8. The spa is flexible with timings and will be happy to discuss variations when booking.
The spa is located between Worksworth and Ashbourne near the Carsington Reservoir in Derbyshire. Stoke on Trent, Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield are all within an hours drive.
Minimum age is 18 years
The activity is not suitable for spectators, however there are lots of outdoor activities available at Carsington Reservoir including water sports, walking, cycling and fishing. There is a fully licenced restaurant on site which can be booked for evening meals after the spa activities. The spa can also provide holiday cottages if you are planning a short break.
I bought this spa day for my mother  for her birthday and she decided to take my wife along with her. They loved it. They said it was so nice and just top quality of service - in fact they are planning a return visit. I was really impressed with Into the Blue, from the service at booking right through to after the spa day was enjoyed.
